Our Cross Country camp starts by giving each camper a comprehensive plan to develop them in every aspect of their specific events. We work on general conditioning, drill work, running workouts, weight-training, and technique with the goal of producing outstanding meet results.

Our Camp Director is Karen Boen, Head Coach of the Skyhawks Men and Woman Cross Country Teams. Coach Boen is entering her 16th season in 2013 as Head Cross Country Coach at Stonehill College. Boen has brought the men's and women's cross country and track and field programs to national prominence, collecting countless conference, regional and national awards along the way. She has collected a combined 12 Northeast–10 Coach of the Year Awards and eight more NCAA Northeast Region Coach of the Year Awards, while advancing her teams to the NCAA Championships. In 2012, the Men's Cross Country team claimed their second-straight Northeast-10 Championship and sixth overall in program history while the Women's Cross Country team captured their fourth-straight NE-10 Championship and eleventh in program history.
