October 1, 2005 - Freshman quarterback Cruz Parsons completed 25-of-36 passes for 275 yards and school record-tying six touchdowns in Stonehill's 41-7 victory over Saint Anselm.  Senior wideout Mike Plichta was on the receiving end of 12 catches for 179 yards while setting a school single-game record also with five touchdown receptions.

Welcome to the Stonehill College Sports Medicine website. The purpose of this website is to acquaint student-athletes, parents, administrators and other athletic trainers with the necessary athletic and medical information that our department provides.

MISSION STATEMENT

In keeping within the parameters of the broader scope of Stonehill College Department of Athletics' Mission Statement, the Athletic Training Department's primary mission is to provide quality medical care to our student-athletes. 

 

The services delivered can be broken down into three primary categories: injury prevention, management of athletic injuries, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. 

These three categories are combined to ensure that the return of the injured student-athlete back to competition is done so in a thorough, timely and most importantly, safe manor.

The underlying philosophy for this department is that, the medical needs of the student-athlete shall and always will be the first consideration for all members of our staff.  We are committed to ongoing evaluation of out athletic training department so our student-athletes can be assured of the highest quality of medical care.  Furthermore, we are committed to addressing problems and concerns in a timely manner so the needs of our student-athletes and staff can continue to be met.
