LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. (Oct. 11, 2025) -- In a tri-meet against Siena and Rhode Island, sophomore Lily Peterson took home the victory in the 100-yard breaststroke  at Siena's Marcelle Athletic Center Saturday afternoon.

Peterson won the event with a time of 1:08.59. She also finished third in the 200-yard breaststroke, finishing at 2:29.72. 

Junior Grace Idowu also posted strong performances with the Skyhawks. Idowu was second in the 100-yard freestyle with a mark of 53.7 and fourth in the 50-yard freestyle (25.14). Classmate Isabella Rodriguez took second in the 1000-yard freestyle (11:10.72).

As a team, Rhode Island picked up a pair of victories against Stonehill (225-68) and Siena (203-94), while the Sainta topped the Skyhawks (193-92).

Stonehill will return to action against Merrimack and Sacred Heart when the Skyhawks host the tri-meet on Sunday, Oct. 26 at 12 p.m.
