FAN GAMEDAY INFORMATION
The information below is intended to assist fans attending a Stonehill College game on campus by answering common questions with topics listed in alphabetical order. If you have further questions, please contact Stonehill Athletics at (508)-565-1384.
 
ADA INFORMATION
There is a limited number of ADA accessible parking spaces available on campus. These spots are available on a first come, first serve, game-by-game basis. Please refer to the campus map to see which lots have ADA accessible parking spaces.
 
ALCOHOL
NO outside alcohol is permitted into any athletic venue.
 
ANIMALS
No animals, except service animals, are allowed at athletic venues on gameday (no emotional support animals without proper documentation). All service animals must always remain on a leash or harness. Please refer to PROHIBITED ITEMS for more information.
 
BANNERS, SIGNS, & FLAGS
Signs must be handheld, event-related, and cannot obstruct another guest's view. They may not contain commercial messages, logos or political endorsements, and may not be hung on the stadium structure. Signs or flags on sticks or poles are not permitted. Stadium staff reserves the right to confiscate signs that are in violation of stadium policy.

CELL PHONES
The use of cell phones is permitted inside all athletics venues, provided that such use does not interfere with another guest's ability to enjoy the game day experience. For the comfort of those seated around you, headphones are required for any music, audio or video being played.

EMERGENCIES
Should you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest event staff member or police officer. In the event of a stadium emergency, pertinent information regarding the emergency and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public address system.

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
Stonehill is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all fans, student-athletes, coaches, staff and game officials — before, during, and after all competitions. Stonehill wants all fans attending games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. Fans who display inappropriate and disruptive behavior, including but not limited to the following, will face ejection from the facility, revocation of ticket privileges and/or potential arrest.
 
  • Any act or speech that discriminates on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, race, national origin, religion, military status, disability status, or any other characteristics
  • Other obscene, offensive, or abusive language and actions
  • Fighting, or otherwise dangerous, abusive, or profane behavior
  • Excessive consumption of alcohol, or signs of excessive impairment related to alcohol or drug use
  • Illegal use of alcohol by/for any individual under the age of 21
  • Possession of any prohibited items
  • Interfering with other guests' ability to see the game
  • Smoking, vaping and/or tobacco use inside of any athletic venue
  • Scalping or other improper resale of tickets
  • Interfering with security procedures
  • Interfering with the process of the game or entering the playing area
  • Throwing any objects onto the playing area or inside the facility
  • Any action warranting ejection and/or confiscation of game tickets by police or arena/stadium security

LOST & FOUND
Lost items may be turned in to any event staff member. Guests inquiring about lost items at previous events should call the Stonehill Athletics Office at 508-565-1384. Stonehill Athletics is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
 
MERCHANDISE
Please visit the Skyhawk Shop located inside of May Hall on campus.
 
PARKING
Parking is available for games in the MacPhaidin, Chapel of Mary, Holy Cross Center, Recreation Fields, and other lots on campus for free. Please visit the campus map to view parking lots on campus.
 
PLAYING AREA ACCESS
Only authorized and properly credentialed personnel will be permitted within the playing area before, during, or after all Stonehill Athletics events. Any unauthorized person within the playing area will be removed by Event Staff. 
 
PROGRAMS
Digital game programs for all home contests are available and downloadable from signage posted on game days.
 
PROHIBITED ITEMS & BEHAVIOR
Stonehill promotes good sportsmanship from student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or sexist comments or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition.
 
Out of concern for the safety of our guests and employees, the following items are not permitted in all Stonehill Athletics facilities to ensure that all of our fans have a safe and enjoyable game day experience:
 
  • Outside alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs
  • Dogs and other pets (only service animals are allowed; no emotional support animals without proper documentation)
  • Weapons or explosives
  • Boxes or wrapped packages of any size
  • Coolers or containers, including plastic cups
  • Bags larger than 12"x12"x12", specifically backpacks
  • Bottles, cans or flasks
  • Artificial noisemakers  (whistles, bells, air horns, thundersticks, etc.)
  • Video equipment, tape recorders, still cameras with a lens longer than 6 inches
  • Chairbacks with arms
  • Aerosol and spray cans
  • Any projectile or object that could cause injury if thrown onto the playing field or into the seating areas
  • Sticks, poles, flags, signs, banners and large umbrellas
  • Laser pointers
  • Sporting balls and equipment (i.e. baseball bats, lacrosse sticks, footballs, etc.)
  • Roller skates, skateboards, scooters or bicycles
 
Stadium management reserves the right to ask fans to leave inappropriate or prohibited items in their car or outside venue gates.
 
All persons and their belongings are subject to search. Guests are encouraged to return unauthorized items to their vehicles. Stonehill cannot safeguard items that are not permitted into the arena. Violators of venue policy or any state, county, or municipal laws will be refused admission or asked to leave. This policy is in effect for all guests who visit Stonehill Athletics facilities.
 
Disruptive behavior is not accepted at Stonehill Athletics events. Disruptive behavior constitutes actions that diminish other fans' ability to enjoy the game day atmosphere, including but not limited to threats, threatening behavior, interfering with other guests' ability to see the game, and throwing objects. These actions or any other actions deemed disruptive by arena staff will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the arena. Other potential consequences include: ticket revocation, arrest, and prosecution.
 
PUBLIC ADDRESS
No appeals will be made over the public address system. Requests of an emergency nature should be addressed to the nearest Event Staff member, security personnel or police officer.
 
RESTROOMS
Public restrooms are located behind the bleachers at the north end of W.B. Mason Stadium or inside the Sally Blair Ames Sports Complex.
 
SMOKING, VAPING, & TOBACCO
Smoking, vaping, or the use of tobacco is not permitted inside any Stonehill Athletics facility.

TAILGATING
 Once a parking lot is full, it is full—no space savers are allowed. Please park only in designated spots. Once the Chapel of Mary and MacPhaidin lots are full, please proceed to the overflow parking located next to Holy Cross or the Sem. Please refer to the Campus Map for more parking information.
 
Tents are permitted on grass areas only. Please avoid setting up tents in parking spots.
 
Fans and spectators tailgating at their vehicles are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of their trash. Trash should not be left in the parking area. Tailgating is not permitted inside any athletics facility.
 
Possession and consumption of alcohol are subject to the laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the City of Easton. Outside alcohol is prohibited within all athletics venues and must be consumed at your tailgate. Please consume any beverages by using plastic cups.
 
Unruly behavior or visibly intoxicated spectators will be removed from the venue and/or campus. Stonehill College Campus Safety may ask for legal proof of identification for anyone appearing to be under 21.
 
Stonehill requires the use of propane gas grills. The maximum allowed propane cylinder size is no greater than 20 pounds. Charcoal grills are not permitted. Grills and tailgates should not impede parking spaces, sidewalks, or roadways.
 
The following are prohibited in tailgating areas:
  • Amplified music
  • Large source containers of alcohol (i.e. kegs, beer funnels, etc.)
  • Drinking games (beer pong, flip cup, beer ball, etc.)
  • Glass containers/bottles,
  • Open flames, charcoal grills, wood burning, smokers, deep fryers or fuel-powered generators.
TICKETS
Fans are required to present a valid general admission ticket for entry to any home Football or Basketball game. Tickets are available for sale online on the Stonehill Athletics Tickets webpage, or at the designated ticketing are on the day of the game.
