EASTON, Mass. – The 2025-2026 Senior Reflections is a series of annual collections. Senior representatives of teams at Stonehill have been invited to contribute and reflect on their personal experiences over their four-year careers at Stonehill - both on and off the playing surface.

Why Stonehill?
I chose Stonehill because of the opportunity to play Division I football, the coaching staff, and be close to home. From the beginning, I knew this was the right place to grow both as a student and an athlete.

How Has Stonehill Shaped You?
When I first stepped onto Stonehill's campus, I was a boy not knowing what to expect from college both athletically and academically. Over the past four years, through both challenges and successes, I have grown into a man.

Stonehill has shaped me into someone who values hard work, discipline, and accountability in every area of life. The College and athletics have taught me to lead by example, to balance academics and sports, and to push myself beyond limits I once thought I had.

Best Moments
Two of my proudest moments at Stonehill are being named a captain of the football team and being named to the Dean's List. Each accomplishment reflects the dedication I put into both sides of my life here. Earning a spot on the Dean's List showed my effort in the classroom, while the captain role reflected the trust and respect of my teammates and coaches, something that means a great deal to me.

Lessons Learned
Over four years, I've learned that I am capable of handling adversity and rising to meet challenges head-on. Most importantly, I've learned that success is built day-by-day through consistency, discipline and hard work. As I look beyond Stonehill, I know I carry with me many transferable skills. Leadership, communication, and teamwork will be vital in any professional setting, just as they were on the field. The ability to stay disciplined, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure are skills I will continue to rely on. Stonehill has not only prepared me for the present, but also the future.
