GENEVA, Ohio (Feb. 18, 2026) – The Stonehill swimming & diving team established four new school records in each of the events raced during the finals of day two of the NEC Championships, hosted at the SPIRE Institute.
Beginning the finals on Wednesday evening, junior
Isabella Rodriguez broke the Skyhawk record in the 500 free, touching the wall in 5:12.29. Up next, senior
Kristy Barry set a new program record, as she posted a mark of 2:07.80 in the 200 IM.
In the 50 free, junior
Grace Idowu swam the race in 23.76, also a Stonehill record. The 200 free relay of Barry, Idowu, junior
Sherri Danforth and sophomore
Elizabeth Weston capped the day with another record for the Skyhawks in 1:37.16.
Through two days, Stonehill sits tied with Le Moyne for sixth place with 111 points.
