2013: Appeared inseven games as a true freshman, primarily on special teams. Totaledsix tackles, with four solo and two tackle assists. All six tacklescame on kickoff return coverage, finishing sixth on the team forspecial teams tackles and fifth for kickoff return stops. Playedsix NE-10 games with all six stops coming in those games. Postedthree solo tackles in four September games. Finished with threestops (one solo) in three games played in October. Had four tackles(two solo) in four road games played. Made his collegiate debut inseason-opener at #16 Bloomsburg (9/7). Made his first career tacklewith a solo stop in win over Saint Anselm (9/14). Posted aseason-high two tackles (one solo) in win at Southern ConnecticutState (10/12).

High School: 2013graduate of Hillhouse High School. Three year letterwinner forcoach Tom Dyer as a cornerback, wide receiver and kick returner.Helped the Academics to a pair of Connecticut State Championshipshis sophomore and senior seasons and three Division titles whileposting a 28-8 record over his three years on the team. EarnedAll-Area first team honors as the team posted an 11-2 record on itsway to the state title his senior year. Ranked second in the statefor interceptions and earned team's Player of the Game awardfollowing week 11. Also lettered in track & field.

Personal: BornApril 27, 1995, in New Haven, Conn. Son of Tracey Webb of New Havenand Derek Horner, Sr., of West Haven, Conn. Has a brother, Derek,Jr. (23). Majoring in accounting. Chose Stonehill because it has afamily feeling and great academics. Enjoys playing basketball.Supports the New Orleans Saints. Lists Marques Colston as afavorite athlete.
