Stonehill College

2013: Started all ten games played at right guard. Key member of an offensive line that ranked eighth in the NE-10 in total offense (353.5 yds/gm) and sixth for passing offense (233.7 yds/gm) and scoring (29.2 ppg). The Skyhawks also ranked second in the Conference and 22nd nationally in Division II for red zone offense (86%). Made his first collegiate start in win over Saint Anselm (9/14).

2012: Appeared in six games. Part of an offensive line that ranked second in the NE-10 and 30th nationally for fewest tackles for loss allowed. Stonehill ranked fourth in the Conference for passing offense (248.9 yards/gm) and fewest sacks allowed (1.7/gm). Team averaged 350.2 yards per game, including 5.2 yards per play, with 101.6 rushing yards per game and 24.2 points per game. Made his collegiate debut in win at Saint Anselm (9/14).

High School: 2012 graduate of North Haven High School. Two year letterwinner for coach Anthony Sagnella, serving as captain his senior year. Earned All-State, All-Southern Connecticut Conference and New Haven Gridiron Gang Club honors his senior season. Also lettered in lacrosse and basketball.

Personal: Born April 12, 1994, in New Haven, Conn. Son of David Mikos and Bethann Mikos of North Haven, Conn. Has two brothers, Patrick (18) and David (16). Majoring in criminal justice. Chose Stonehill because of the sense of community. Supports the New York Jets. Lists Nick Mangold as a favorite athlete.
