Club Men's Basketball
The Stonehill College Men's Club Basketball Team was established in the fall of 2021. We are members of the NCBBA (National Club Basketball Association) and play in the Northeast Region. Our league consists of teams from the surrounding areas like Boston and Worcester as well as neighboring states like Connecticut and Rhode Island. Games are played in a doubleheader-style format. Regional playoffs are held in April with the top two teams in each conference earning a chance at the national tournament. Our tryouts for the 2024-25 school year will be held in mid-September. We hope to begin our nonconference schedule soon after the team is picked. Following this, the conference games will begin in November (schedule TBD) with these games being split evenly between the first and second semesters. Our team is built on finding players who want to buy in and are looking to put their full commitment into the program. A reminder that our team is required to meet the same guidelines that the NCAA follows including things such as graduation timeline, eligibility, and GPA.
