Achieved third in Open Fences at the Tufts University HomeShow (11/2). Placed second in Open Fences and third in Open Flat atthe Endicott College Home Show (11/9). Finished first in Open Flatat the Wellesley College Home Show (3/6). Placed first for OpenFences at the Stonehill Home Show (3/27).
High School: 2009graduate of The Dana Hall School. Five-year member of theequestrian team under coaches Cookie Desimone and Sarah Summers.Two-year team captain. Placed first at Regionals and 5th atNationals as a freshman. Recipient of the Excellence Award.Returned to Nationals as a sophomore, earning the Leadership Award.Won the Zone 1 Sportsmanship Award and Leadership Award as ajunior. Named Most Valuable Rider as team won Region 1 Championshipduring her senior year. Also participated in rock climbing andfencing.
Personal: BornJanuary 16, 1991, Wrentham, Mass. Daughter of Gerad and LeslieLorusso of Wrentham. Has three sisters, Allie (20), Marissa (18)and Julianna (16), and a brother, Jarred (13). Majoring inpsychology. Lambda Epsilon Sigma National Honor Society member.Supports the Boston Red Sox.
