High School: 2013 graduate of Falmouth High School, where he  competed in track and field and football. Earned ACL All-Star honors as a sophomore for shot put, as a junior for shot put and discus, and as a senior for shot put. Also earned ACL All-Star honors honors as a defensive lineman in football.

Personal: Born December 2, 1994. Son of Mark and Cynthia Cilfone of Falmouth, Mass. Has a brother, Winslow (21), a senior at Stonehill, and sister, Sofia (12). Majoring in business management.
