1500: 4:02.69 at UMass Ken O'Brien Pre-Conference Qualifier (April 25-27, 2025)
3000: 8:38.73 at 2025 NEICAAA Indoor Championship (March 7-8, 2025) 
MILE: 4:26.39 at URI Invitational (Jan. 18, 2025)
5000: 14:44.63 at NEC Championship (May 3-4, 2025) 

2025-2026: All-NEC Second Team (5000m) ... Clocked a career-best 8:23.63 in the 3000m to finish 3rd overall at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships (March 6-7 7) ... . At the Northeast Conference (NEC) Indoor Championships (Feb. 15-16), he earned a podium spot with a 2nd-place finish in the 5000m, posting a personal record of 14:31.41 ... He also dipped under the 4:20 mark in the mile, running 4:18.93 at the UMass Lowell Riverhawk Invitational (Feb. 6-7). 

High School: 2023 graduate of Plymouth South High School where he competed in cross country, track and field, and basketball. 
Honors: Patriot League Cross Country MVP... Patriot League Indoor Track MVP... Patriot League Cross Country All-Star (4x)... Outdoor Track All-Star (3x)... Indoor Track All-Star (twice).
