High School: 2015 graduate of Sachem North High School in Ronkonkoma, N.Y., where he competed in cross country and track. Earned All-County honors
for cross country as a sophomore, junior, and senior. Also collected All-County accolades for track as a junior. Cross country squad placed fourth at state meet as a senior last fall.
Personal: Born July 19th, 1997 to Marybeth and John Onken. Has two younger sisters, Erin and Allison. Chose Stonehill for its engineering program.
