Competed in fivemeets for Stonehill in the indoor season. Ran the mile once,placing eighth at the URI Sorlien Invitational (1/19/12) with atime of 4:28.51. Competed in the 1000-meter run for the rest of theseason. Placed fourteenth at URI Coaches Tribute Invitational(2/2/13) with a time of 2:38.71. Captured a seventh-place finish atTufts Cupid Challenge (2/11) with a time of 2:36.11. Finishedseventh at the Northeast-10 Championships (2/16) by running in2:35.14.

2011-12: All-American(Distance Medley Relay). Distance MedleyRelay NE-10 Champion. All-NewEngland (4x800m, DMR). All-Northeast-10(DMR). Athletic Director's Honor Roll (FallSemester). NE-10 Commissioner's HonorRoll (Both Semesters). USTFCCCA EastRegion (Distance Medley Relay). Competed in sevenindividual races and six relays including the 4x800-meter run andthe distance medley relay. Earned All-America honors at the NCAADivision II Indoor National Championships (3/10/12) in the distancemedley relay running the opening 1,200-meter leg of the event.Stonehill finished sixth overall with a time of 10:04.69. ClaimedAll-New England status in the 4x800-meter relay and distance medleyrelay at the Indoor New England Championships (2/24/12 &2/25/12). Posted an NCAA Automatic Qualifying time and schoolrecord performance in the distance medley relay along withteammates Patrick Cooney, SeanHanlon and Daniel Zawalich in a time of9:50.33 finishing second overall. Also, placed fifth overall in the4x800-meter relay in 7:41.53. Placed first overall in the distancemedley relay at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (2/18/12)earning NE-10 All-Conference honors. Ranked first overall in the1,000-meter run at the Reggie Poyau Invitational (12/10/11) with atime of 2:31.08. Also, placed first overall in the 4x800-meterrelay (8:00.42). Ran to a second place finish in the 800-meter runat the University of New Hampshire Tri-Meet (1/21/12) in 2:00.31.Placed third overall in the 1,000-meter run at the Northeast-10Conference (NE-10) Championships (2/18/12) in a time of 2:28.56, apersonal best. Placed 11th overall out of 56 competitors in hisfirst race of the season - the one mile run - in 4:22.21 at the JayCarisella Invitational (12/3/11).

2010-11: NE-10 Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll.Competed in several mid-distance races for the Skyhawks spanningfrom the 800 to the one mile run and 4x800 and distance medleyrelays. Ran a career best time, indoors, of 1:57.97 at the JayCarisella Invitational in the 800. Posted a 2:31.36 time in the1,000 meter run at the Boston University Valentine Classic. Ran atime of 4:29.57 in the one mile at the Tufts University Stampede.Finished third at the NE-10 championships in the 1,000 meters in2:32.55. Helped Stonehill to a fourth place finish in the 4x800meters at the NE-10 championships. Participated in the distancemedley relay at the New England Indoor Championships in the 1,200meters running a time of 3:08.2 helping Stonehill finish 16th. Ranthe first leg in the 4x800 meter relay at New Englands finishingeighth overall in a total time of 7:51.36.

Outdoor Season

2013: Competed insix meets for the Skyhawks, running in the 800-meter and 1500mevents. Participated in four 1500m runs, highlighted by a 4:06.55race at Umass Invitational (4/13) and a 4:04.33, fifteenth-placefinish at Skyhawk Invitational (4/26). Placed nineteenth atNortheast-10 Championship (5/4) with a time of 4:06.30. Improvedupon each race in the 800m event to get below 2:00 by the end ofthe year. Finished in 2:00.99 at Holy Cross Invitational (4/20) toplace 22nd, and finished 28th at Northeast-10 Championships with atime of 1:59.73 in the 800m.

2012: Competed infive meets for the Skyhawk outdoor season. Finished 17th/59 in theUConn Spring Invitational with a time of 4:03.04. Placed 16th/66 inthe George Davidson Invitational 800m, in 1:58.26. Took 5th/16 inthe Skyhawk Invitational 1500m with a time of 4:01.89. Posted a1:56.35 time at the Holy Cross Crusades Invitational, earning an8th/25 place finish. Took 9th/45 at the Brown SpringtimeInvitational in 1:56.60.

2011:Athletic Director's Honor Roll SpringSemester. NE-10 Commissioner's SpringHonor Roll. Posted a personal best time, outdoors, inthe 800 meter run with a time of 1:56.90 ranking fourth on the teamduring the season. At the George Davis Invitational, ran a time of4:03.42 in the 1,500 meter run. Notched a time of 51.1 in 4x400meter relay at the Bryant Invitational. Had a time of 1:58.0 in the4x800 meters at the Skyhawk Invitational.

High School: 2010graduate of Smithtown High School. Four-year letterwinner in crosscountry. Team was All-League and All-Division, as well as two yearcounty champions and one year county runner-ups. Also aletterwinner in indoor & outdoor track, serving as captain hissenior year. Earned MVP for indoor track and recieved All-Leagueand All-Division for outdoor track.

Sigma Iota Rho International Relations National HonorSociety member as well as a Lambda Epsilon Sigma Honor Societymember.
