2012-13: NE-10 Commissioner's HonorRoll (Spring Semester). Competed in two meets for theSkyhawks, both times participating in the 5000-meter run. Placedseventh at Tufts Stampede (2/2/13) with a time of 15:41.34, and sawanother seventh-place finish at Northeast-10 Championships (2/16)with a time of 15:23.51, a personal best.

2011-12: NE-10Commissioner's Honor Roll (Spring Semester). Competedin four races during the season. Placed fourth overall in the5,000-meter run with a time of 15:24.74, a personal best indoors,at the Tufts Stampede on February 4, 2012. Finished eighth overallin the 5,000-meter run at the Northeast-10 Conference (NE-10)Championships in 15:32.08. Ran a personal best time of 9:01.57 inthe 3,000-meter run at the Boston University Valentine Invitational(2/4/12). Finished 11th overall in the one mile run with a time of4:35.54 at the University of New Hampshire Tri-Meet (1/21/12).

2010-11: Finishedsixth overall in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:47.56 at theTufts Stampede. Posted a time of 9:22.56 in the 3,000 meters at theUniversity of New Hampshire Tri-Meet and bettered that time at theNE-10 championships in 9:12.68. Also competed in the one mile runat the Reebok Boston Collegiate Indoor Games with a time of4:32.05.

OutdoorSeason

2013: All-New England (5,000-meter).Participated in five meets for the Skyhawks, running two races inthe 1500-meter event, and four in the 5000m. Placed 20th atBridgewater State Bears Invitational (3/23) with a time of 4:16.26.Finished tenth at Skyhawk Invitational (4/26) with a personal-besttime of 4:01.35. Placed third in his section in the DukeInvitational (4/6) in the 5000m event with a time of 14:46.80, apersonal best. Took home fourth at the Northeast-10 Championshipswith a time of 14:56.82. Captured eighth in the 5000m event at theNew England Championships (5/11) with a time of 14:55.01; thestanding good for an All-New England honor.

2012: Competed intwo meets for the Skyhawks during their spring season. Placed35th/66 at the George Davidson Invitational in the 2 mile, in9:54.86. Took 8th/17 in the 5,000m at the Skyhawk Invitational,with a notable  time of 15:24.43.

2011: Posted acareer best time of 4:18.86 in the 1,500 meters at the UMassMinutemen Invitational. Also ran a time of 4:19.63 in the 1,500meters at the Bridgewater State University Invitational. Notched atime of 15:55.17 in the 5,000 meters at the NE-10 championships anda 16:09.12 showing at the Bryant University Invitational. At theGeorge Davis Invitational, ran a time of 9:51.62 in the 2 milerun.

High School: 2010graduate of Pembroke High School. Four-year letterwinner in crosscountry and indoor and outdoor track, captaining all three teams.Member of cross country state championship team. Seven-time leagueAll-Star selection. Boston Globe All-Scholastic selection for crosscountry. Three-time conference individual champion (cross country,1000m, mile). Holds school record in the mile.

Personal: BornOctober 27, 1992, Pembroke, Mass. Son of Paul and Debra Cina ofPembroke. Three sisters, Kristin (25), Kimberly (22), and Karly(18).
