2025-2026 (Junior): Showcased great range across distance events, establishing a new mile personal best of 4:24.46 at the Riverhawk Invitational ... Earned a 6th-place podium finish in the 5,000-meter run at the NEC Indoor Track & Field Championships, setting a new indoor lifetime best of 14:51.48 ... Continued a standout junior campaign by placing 2nd overall in the 5,000-meter run at the NEICAAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a sharp 14:55.72 performance ... Scored for Stonehill at the NEC Outdoor Championships, securing 6th place in the 5,000m (15:04.43) ... Clocked an outdoor 5K season-best of 14:51.98 at the Friar Invitational and set a personal best in the 1,500m (4:00.26) on home turf at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational.

2024-2025 (Sophomore): Captured a 7th-place finish at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships in the 3,000-meter run, setting a career-best mark of 8:34.73 ... Just missed the podium at the NEC Indoor Championships, placing 9th in the 5,000m (15:00.59). Also took 3rd place in the mile at the Reggie Open (4:26.76) ... Finished 11th in the 5,000m at the UMass Lafreniere Commonwealth Invitational (15:21.77) and placed 19th in the 5K at the NEC Outdoor Championships.

2023-2024 (Freshman): Competed primarily in the 3,000m, running 9:15.99 at the 37th Alden Invitational to open his track career ... Showed excellent progression as a true freshman, claiming a 6th-place finish at the NEICAAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 5,000m with a time of 14:57.16 ... Placed 13th in the 5K at his first outdoor NEC Championships (15:07.21) and ran 4:00.34 in the 1,500m at the Skyhawk Invitational.

Before Stonehill:  2023 graduate of Danbury High School where he competed in cross country and track and field ... Earned High Honors throughout high school...All-FCIAC...All-American.
