2011-12: AthleticDirector's Honor Roll (Fall Semester).NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (FallSemester). Competed in seven individual races andfour relays for the Skyhawks on the season. Finished fifth overallout of 19 competitors with a personal best time of 4:16.73 in theone mile run at the Northeast-10 Conference (NE-10) Championships(2/18/12). Placed 55th overall out of 208 competitors in the800-meter run at the Boston University Valentine Invitational(2/11/12) with a time of 1:55.65, a personal best indoors. Aidedthe Skyhawks in posting an NCAA Provisional Qualifying time(10:04.38) in the distance medley relay and finish eighth overallat BU running the first leg of the event. Finished fourth overallin 1:56.54 in the 800-meter run at the Charley Torpey MemorialInvitational (2/4/12). Ranked 17th overall out of 82 competitors inthe one mile run (4:19.53) at the New Balance Boston CollegiateIndoor Games (1/27/12). Finished second overall out of 12competitors in the 1,000-meter run with a time of 2:33.93 at theUniversity of New Hampshire Tri-Meet (1/21/12). Placed thirdoverall in the 800-meter run at the Reggie Poyau Invitational(12/10/11) with a time of 1:57.88. Also, helped Stonehill finishfirst overall in the 4x800-meter relay (8:00.42) as the second legof the event. Ran a time of 4:19.17 (eighth place) in the one milerun in his first race of the season at the Jay CarisellaInvitational (12/3/11).

Earned All-New England Honorsin the 1,000 meters with a seventh place finish overall in 2:31.66.Ran to a personal best time of 2:28.98 in the 1,000 meter run atthe Boston University Valentine Classic. Placed fourth overall atthe NE-10 championships (2:32.95). Also posted a ninth place finishin the 1,000 meters at the Reebok Boston Collegiate Indoor Games in2:32.32. Competed in the 800 meter run at the Tufts Stampede with atime of 1:58.68. Placed 23rd overall in the 3,000 meters at theHarvard Invitational in 9:09.62. Competed in the one mile run twoother times during the season at the University of New HampshireTri-Meet (4:27.19) and the Jay Carisella Invitational (4:28.64).Helped Stonehill to a fourth place finish in the 4x800 meter relayat the NE-10 championships running the opening leg in a split timeof 1:58.4. Ran on the "B" team 4x800 meter relay at the UNHTri-Meet (8:36.04).

2010-11: Finished12th overall at the NE-10's in the 1,500 meters running a time of4:04.62. Placed 24th overall at New England's in the 1,500 metersin 4:00.82. Posted a personal best time in the 1,500 meters at theSkyhawk Invitational in 4:00.17 placing fifth overall. Alsocompeted in the 1,500 meters at the Bryant University Invitational(4:07.60, eight overall) and the George Davis Invitational(4:03.68, 10th overall). Helped Stonehill to a first place finishat the NE-10 championships in the 4x800 meter relay running asecond leg split of 1:59.4 (8:00.17). Placed 13th oerall in the 800meter run in 1:58.57 at the UMass Minutemen Invitational.
High School: 2009graduate of Seekonk High School. Lettered in cross country andtrack for coaches Eli Mello and Frank Mooney. Holds the schoolrecord in the 600m with a time of 1:25.95. Earned SunChronicle All-Star honors.
