2025-26 (Senior): Set a new personal best in the indoor 1000m at the Rhody Tri-Meet Opener, clocking in at 2:40.64 ... During the outdoor season, he notched a career-best time of 54.18 in the 400m at the Jim Kavanagh Legacy Invitational. 

2024-25 (Junior): Competed across a wide range of events from the 500m to the 1500m ... Highlights included a podium finish at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships, where he helped the 4x800m relay team secure a 3rd-place finish (8:01.11) ... He also placed third individually in the 500m at The Reggie Open with a time of 1:09.80 ... Outdoors, he set a personal best in the 1500m (4:30.03) at the UMass Lowell Invitational and posted a season-best 800m time of 1:58.09 at the NEC Outdoor Championships.

2024-25 (Sophomore): Established a career personal best in the indoor 800m, clocking a 1:57.40 at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships ... He was a key contributor to the relay teams, notably helping the 4x800m squad to a fourth-place finish at the NEC Outdoor Championships (7:52.17) ... Also recorded a personal best in the indoor 500m (1:09.15) at the Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Open.

2022-23 (Freshman): Member of the Distance Medley Relay team that took fourth place at the NEC Indoor Championships (10:27.04) ... He earned a second place individual finish in the 800m at the Suffolk Relays (2:02.02) and secured a season-best outdoor 800m time of 1:58.21 at the Merrimack College Track Carnival.

High School:
2022 graduate of Robert E. Fitch High School where he played soccer and track and field. 
Honors: Winner of Air Force Leadership Award...Selected to The Day Newspaper All-Area Team...Earned the John Kelley Award and Michael Ellis Senior Award...Named Captain senior year...All-Conference honors in 800m...Earned high honors throughout high school.
