2025-2026 (Sophomore): Put together a breakout sophomore campaign across the indoor and outdoor seasons, setting personal bests in nearly every signature distance event ...  During the indoor season, O'Shea shaved nearly 20 seconds off his previous best in the 3000m, placing 6th at the Gordon Kelly Invitational with a time of 8:53.35 ... He followed that up by capturing third place in the mile at the RCC Tigers Open, clocking a personal record of 4:25.04 ... In the outdoor season, emerged as a major factor in the 1500m, clocking a lifetime best of 3:59.10 to secure third place at the home Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational ... He went on to secure a 9th-place finish in the 1500m final at the NEC Outdoor Championships (4:03.94) and closed out his year at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championships, finishing 12th overall with a strong mark of 4:00.23. 

2024-2025 (Freshman): Specialized in the mile and 3000m events, registering a season-best mile time of 4:33.11 at The Reggie Open ... Contributed heavily to Stonehill's relay success, highlighting his freshman year by running a leg on the Distance Medley Relay (DMR) squad that captured a spectacular 2nd-place finish at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships with a time of 10:48.70.
