Biography

2012: Finished hercareer as the program record holder in at-bats (562), hits (194),runs scored (102) and stolen bases (37). Her .345 batting averageranks fourth all-time in program history. She also holds recordsfor most at-bats in a single season (164/2011) and hits in asingle-season (63/2011). Her 141 at-bats in 2012 rank fourth on thesingle-season list and her 53 hits this year also rank fourth onthe single-season record list. Her 32 runs scored this season ranksecond all-time on the single-season list. She was one of onlythree players to start in all 39 games this season. Over the courseof her career, she has started in every game, 165 total, all atshortstop. Hit .376 (53-for-141) with 32 runs scored, one tripleand 14 runs batted in. Slugged .390, drew eight walks and compiledan on-base percentage of .425. Had one sacrifice hit, wentsix-for-nine in stolen base attempts and posted a .920 fieldingpercentage in 162 chances (84 putouts, 65 assists, 13 errors).Strung together the longest hitting streak on the team at14-straight games. Had 15 multi-hit games and four multi-RBI games.Batted every game in the leadoff spot for the Skyhawks reachingbase at a .429 clip (24-for-56) as a leadoff hitter in an inning.Hit .429 (6-for-14) against left-handed pitching, batted .426(29-for-68) with runners on-base, .329 with the bases empty(24-for-73) and .300 with the bases loaded (3-for-10). Hit .341with runners in scoring position (14-for-41), .364 with runners onthird and less than two outs (4-for-11) and .429 with two outs(18-for-42). She also knocked in eight runs with two outs in aframe, tied for the second most on the team. Her 14-game hittingstreak spanned from March 24 to April 11. During that stretch, sherecorded 23 hits, 12 runs and four RBI's. She also compiled aten-game hitting streak from April 14 to April 22 tallying 15 hitsduring that span, four runs and three RBI's. Ranked tenth in theNortheast-10 Conference in batting average, 16th overall in hits,17th overall in on-base percentage and runs scored. Went 3-for-3with three runs scored and three RBI's against UMass Lowel on March16. Also had three hits against New York Institute of Technology(3/30), Franklin Pierce (4/3), Merrimack College (4/11) andSouthern Connecticut State University (4/22). 2011: NE-10All-Conference Second Team. Only one of three playersto appear and start in all 46 games on the season. Posted ateam-leading .384 (63-for-164) batting average, 63 hits and fivestolen bases. Finished first in the NE-10 in assists with 144,seventh in hits and ninth in batting average. Increased her stolenbase program-record mark to 31 steals with five on the season inten attempts. Had a .927 fielding percentage playing every game atshortstop. Hit .375 (6-for-16) against left-handed pithcing. Went20-for-58 (.345) with runners on. Hit .406 (43-for-106) with thebases empy. Reached base as a leadoff hitter at a .419 (31-for-74)clip. Posted a .359 (14-for-39) average with runners in scoringposition. Hit .625 (5-for-8) with runners on third base and lessthan two outs. Hit .341 (14-for-41) with two outs and collectedseven 2-out RBI's. Collected two hits or more in 22 contests.Posted a season-high four hits against Bentley University (4/18)with one run scored and one run batted in. Had two hits in fiveconsecutive games from April 7 to April 10. Batted .588 (10-for-17)during that stretch with five runs scored and two runs batted in.Compiled an eight-game hitting streak from March 25 to April 6. Hit.323 (10-for-31) during that span with six runs scored and sevenruns batted in. Scored a run in six straight contests from March 19to March 31. Notched her only triple of the season against WayneState (Mich.) on March 18. Finished the season on a seven-gamehitting streak spanning from April 26 to May 1. Went 11-for-25during that span for a .444 batting average, four runs scored andone run driven in. Stryker Named To All-NE-10 Second Team.

2010: Startedall 40 games. Closed the season out with a ten game hitting streak,notching multiple hits in five of those games. Was second on theteam with a .307 (39-for-127) batting average, 21 runs scored, adouble and eight RBI. Ranked fifth among NE-10 leaders with ateam-best 18 stolen bases on 20 attempts. Posted a .358 on-basepercentage and committed just ten errors (.944 fielding percentage)at shortstop. Led the team with eight sacrifice hits. Batted .304(28-for-92) in NE-10 play, scoring a team-high 15 runs, a double,five RBI and 13 steals in 28 NE-10 games. Has just five errors(.961) in Conference play. Was 2-for-3 with a walk and three runsscored against California (Pa.) (3/8). Went a combined 5-for-7 withtwo RBI and two runs scored in doubleheader sweep of Bridgeport(3/27), going 3-for-4 with an RBI and run scored in game two.Batted 2-for-3 with a walk and two runs scored in game one win overUMass Lowell (4/5). Went 1-for-2 with an RBI and run scored in gameone win at Assumption (4/11). Was 2-for-4 with a stolen base andtwo runs scored in game two win at Adelphi (4/24). Hit 2-for-4 witha stolen base, RBI and run scored in game two at Pace (4/25).Batted 2-for-5 with two RBI and a run scored in game two againstSaint Rose (5/1). Went 2-for-3 with two steals, a double and runscored in game one against Le Moyne. 

2009: Started all40 games in her first collegiate season. Was second on the teamwith a .300 (39-for-130) batting average and 20 runs scored withthree doubles and six RBI. Stole a team-best eight bases on 12attempts. Posted a .405 on-base percentage, drawing 16 walks andgetting hit by a pitch a team-high seven times. Led the Skyhawkswith a .322 (29-for-90) batting average in NE-10 play, adding 15runs scored, three doubles, six RBI and six steals in 28 starts.Was 3-for-4 with a stolen base and run scored in her secondcollegiate game (3/8). Hit 2-for-3 against Northern State (3/10).Batted 2-for-4 with a pair of stolen bases, two runs scored and twoRBI in game two win at Merrimack (3/31). Went 2-for-4 with adouble, stolen base and RBI in win at Bentley (4/7). Was a combined3-for-6 with a pair of doubles, two RBI and two runs scored in asweep of Saint Anselm (4/14), including going 2-for-3 with adouble, run scored and two RBI in game one. Hit 3-for-4 with an RBIin game one win over Saint Rose (4/15). Batted 2-for-3 with tworuns scored against Southern Connecticut (4/18). Was 3-for-5 withtwo runs scored at UMass Lowell (4/23). Named to NE-10weekly honor roll once (3/17).

HighSchool: 2008 graduate of Kellenberg Memorial HighSchool. Three-year letterwinner, serving as team captain senioryear. Earned team's Most Improved Player award as a senior. Brokethe school record for hits and stolen bases her senior season.Named school's Female Athlete of the Year. Also lettered in soccerand basketball, captaining basketball team as a senior.

Personal: Born January 2, 1990, in Port St.Lucie, Fla. Daughter of Chris and Colleen Stryker of Baldwin, N.Y.Has a brother, Christopher (24). Father Chris played baseball forWagner College. Majoring in psychology.
