2014: Appeared in nine games for Stonehill during her sophomore season. Hit .222 (2-for-9) with one double and two RBI. Made her first appearance in Stonehill's 4-2 win over Bridgeport (3/9). Recorded an RBI double in a 14-8 loss at Franklin Pierce (4/17). Singled in her final appearance of the season, Stonehill's 4-1 loss to Saint Anselm (4/25).

2013: NE-10 Commisioner's Honor Roll (Fall Semester). Athletic Director's Honor Roll (Fall Semester). NE-10 Commisioner's Honor Roll (Fall Semester). Saw action in nine games for the Skyhawks during her freshman year. Recorded one hit, one walk, and one run. Collected her first career hit when she notched a pinch-hit single in Stonehill’s  14-8 loss to Young Harris College (3/3/13). Scored her first collegiate run when Casey Remick doubled her home during a 6-6 tie with Merrimack College (4/24/13).

High School: Played four years of varsity softball at Bishop Fenwick High School in Peabody, Mass. Two-year CCL Conference All-Star (junior, senior). Named captain for senior season. Played in Agganis Softball All-Star game following senior year.

Personal: Born June 22, 1994 in Fairfax, Va. Daughter of Tom and Kathy Melanson of Danvers, Mass. Has a younger brother, Tommy (18). Chose Stonehill because it was the first college she ever visited, and she compared every other school to it. Member of Stonehill's LifeSkills Committee. Lists the Boston Red Sox as her favorite team. Double-majoring in Business and Healthcare Administration.
