High School: 2014 graduate of Notre Dame Academy, where she competed in both cross country and track. Served as captain for indoor track as a junior, and cross country, indoor, and outdoor track as a senior. Member of cross country district runner-up teams as a junior and senior. Indoor and outdoor track teams won district championships as a senior.
Personal: Born March 25, 1996 in Worcester, Mass. Daughter of Ray and Mary Knox of Worcester. Has a brother, Michael, and a sister, Katie, who runs track and cross country for the University of Rochester. Majoring in biology.
