Stonehill College

Kevin McCluskey serves as Associate Athletic Director for Internal Operations at Stonehill College, overseeing day-to-day facilities management, scheduling for the athletic department, and assisting in the execution of capital projects. He manages game-day operations, the facilities and operations budget, and provides oversight of the recreation department. He supervises the operations staff and collaborates closely with both internal and external campus partners to support facility use and event execution.

McCluskey previously served as Assistant Athletic Director for Recreation & Varsity Programming at Stonehill. From 2019–2021, he worked in athletics operations at Boston University, where he supported varsity team operations, led a staff of 50 student workers, and collaborated closely with coaches to ensure facilities were prepared for practices and competition.

He earned his master’s degree in College Athletics Administration from Northeastern University and his undergraduate degree from Nazareth College. While at Northeastern, he completed internships at Harvard University and Babson College.
