Marjanski provided the scoring in a wide-open match that featured a combined 41 shots in the 71st minute as she took a pass on the left flank from freshman Hannah Wheelden, turned and dribbled across the top of the 18 to create some space for a drive into the upper right corner of the goal. Marjanski's first career goal comes in just her third appearance of the season after entering as a halftime substitution.
- Freshman Julia Walsh finished with six saves in the Assumption goal, nearly matching Copley with some spectacular stops of her own.
