EASTON, Mass. (November 5, 2024) — Stonehill Athletics is excited to announce a new partnership with Athlete's Thread, a leading provider of custom NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) merchandise.

For the first time, Skyhawk fans will have the opportunity to purchase official merchandise designed by their favorite Stonehill student-athletes, marking a new era in how athletes can engage with their supporters while building their personal brands.

Through this collaboration, student-athletes at Stonehill who opt into an agreement with Athlete's Thread will be able to create personalized online stores. These stores will offer a range of officially licensed apparel featuring Stonehill's logos, marks, and each athlete's unique NIL. The initiative reflects Stonehill Athletics' ongoing commitment to supporting its student-athletes in realizing the full potential of their NIL rights, in accordance with current NCAA regulations.

Fans can browse and purchase apparel created by their favorite Skyhawks directly from the  Athlete's Thread Stonehill College Merchandise Store. Merchandise will include custom designs, such as replica jerseys, jackets, t-shirts, hats, and more, allowing each athlete to showcase their personal style and brand.

Athlete's Thread, which currently works with over 300 colleges and universities, has already provided more than 20,000 athletes with custom NIL merchandise, helping student-athletes profit from their name, image, and likeness while connecting with fans through their own branded apparel.

Stonehill student-athletes who opt into the program will be able to offer fans access to their exclusive apparel collections, with new items added as more athletes participate. The platform also enables athletes to earn 15% commissions on each sale, receiving monthly payments directly through Athlete's Thread.
