BRIDGEWATER, N.J. – Sophomore
Nate Monteiro was named NEC Co-Player of the Week announced the League on Monday afternoon.
Monteiro secured the honors after guiding Stonehill to a 2-0 week, which included a pair of conference wins over New Haven and Mercyhurst. Against the Lakers, Monteiro recorded two second half goals, including firing the game-winner into the top of the goal with just over a minute to play in the game.

Shane Fonseca and sophomore
Cade Likhite joined Monteiro to receive NEC weekly recognition. Fonseca was named an NEC Prime Performer for the second time, while Likhite garnered the Prime Performer honors for the first time with a pair of wins in net.
Stonehill returns to the pitch on Sunday, October 19 hosting FDU at 1 p.m.
