BLUFFTON, S.C. (March 12, 2025) – The Stonehill College men's tennis team capped off its South Carolina trip with a 7-0 sweep over Carroll University in Bluffton, South Carolina Wednesday afternoon. With the win, the Skyhawks improved to 6-6 overall, while the Pioneers dropped to 8-4 on the year.

- Gomez and Ezcurra won the opening match of the double's competition, 6-3, against the Skyhawks' top pairing of Wilhelm Krefting and Kröll.
- Arredondo and Bennaton followed with a 6-1 win over senior Mark Trinka and junior Andrew LaBelle at No. 2 doubles to force a deciding third doubles match.
- Duhil de Bénazé and Gutierrez triumphed 7-6 (11-9) in a back-and-forth battle with junior Ryan LaBelle and senior Jack McCaffery to clinch the doubles point for the Skyhawks.
- Bennaton and Arredondo capped off their individual double wins on the day with their respective sixth and seventh singles wins of the season.
- Wilhelm Krefting won the overall match for Stonehill at No. 3 singles, defeating Andrew LaBelle 6-1, 6-4.
- Kröll, Chastang, and Mallen rounded the Skyhawks, 7-0, sweep with respective wins at the No. 4 through No. 6 singles positions.
