FORT MYERS, Fla. (Jan. 10, 2026) – The Stonehill women's swimming & diving team opened 2026 by facing host Florida Gulf Cast at the Eagle Winter Invitational Saturday.

The Eagles (2-1) emerged with a 249-45 victory over the Skyhawks (2-4).

Junior Grace Idowu placed fourth in the 200 backstroke at 31.61, followed by senior Kristy Barry, who touched the wall right after her teammate at the 32.10 mark.

Freshman Lucy Boisoneau came in fourth in the 100 freestyle event, finishing with a time of 57.69.

UP NEXT:
Stonehill will head back north for the Brandeis Sprint Meet on Wednesday, Jan. 14 at 6:30 p.m. The Skyhawks are 2-4 in dual meets, while the Judges are 0-8.
