WALTHAM, Mass. (Jan. 14, 2026) – The Stonehill swimming & diving team set three new school records, as the Skyhawks defeated Brandeis by a score of 106-41 at Linsey Pool Wednesday evening.
With the win, Stonehill improves to 3-4 in dual meets this season, while the Judges fall to 0-9.
Junior
Grace Idowu broke two school records, winning the butterfly with a mark of 26.31. Idowu also established a new Stonehill record in the 50 freestyle, touching the wall in 24.04.
Senior
Kristy Barry posted a new record in the 100 IM, finishing in 59.56.
In addition, the Skyhawks competed in diving for the first time in program history. Sophomore
Molly Clifford scored 78.22 in the 1 meter to claim nine points.
UP NEXT:
Stonehill will travel to Loudonville, N.Y. for the Siena Sprint Meet on Saturday, Jan. 17 at 12 p.m. The Skyhawks are 3-4 in dual meets, while the Saints stand at 3-7.
