Box Score HACKENSACK, N.J. (Jan. 29, 2026) – The Stonehill women's basketball team fell by a score of 78-54 at FDU Thursday evening at Bogota Savings Bank Center.
The Skyhawks move to 7-13 overall (3-6 NEC), while the Knights stand at 18-4 (9-0 NEC).
STONEHILL HIGHLIGHTS:
- Brooke Paquette, who finished with a team-best 18 points, scored the 900th point of her career in the second quarter.
- Julia Webster paced the Skyhawks with six rebounds and had six points, while Amaya Dowdy added eight points and a block.
- The Skyhawks shot 14-of-16 (.875) from the foul line in the game, including Phoena Dadson, who was 6-of-6.
- Bella Mallory made a career-high three steals.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
In a rematch of last year's NEC tournament championship game, FDU opened a 13-4 lead at the first media time out at the 5:36 mark and held a 20-11 advantage on the scoreboard through the first 10 minutes. Later in the half,
Brooke Paquette tallied her 900th career point with a driving layup off an assist from
Julia Webster with 5:46 remaining in the second. Paquette had 13 points in the first half, but the Skyhawks trailed, 33-24, at the half.
The Knights expanded its lead to 46-28 with 5:51 left in the third and held Stonehill to 12 points in the quarter, as the Skyhawks shot 12.5 percent from the field in the frame.
Stonehill owned a 32-31 advantage in rebounds for the game, with
Julia Webster having a team-high six boards.

Stonehill (7-13, 3-6 NEC) will head home to host Le Moyne (5-16, 3-5 NEC) on Alumnae Day on Saturday, Jan. 31 at 2 p.m. The game will be shown live on NESN+ and NEC Front Row.
