EASTON, Mass. (March 9, 2026) – Two Stonehill women's basketball players earned NEC yearly awards, the conference office announced Monday prior to the beginning of the NEC Tournament.
Junior
Brooke Paquette garnered All-NEC First Team honors, while freshman
Ella Pelletier was named to the conference All-Rookie Team.
Paquette is the 28th first-team all-conference performer in program history, dating back to Stonehill's first year in the NE10 in 1981-82. The Skyhawks have now totaled 58 all-league honorees over their 54-year history. Pelletier earns the 10th all-rookie team nod in program history and second at the Division I level. Paquette and Pelletier each played in all 29 games this season, with Paquette starting every contest and Pelletier starting the last 21-straight games. Head Coach
Trisha Brown has coached 36 of the 58 all-conference performers, including six all-NEC honorees since joining the conference prior to the 2022-23 season.
Over the course of the season, Paquette was honored as the league's Player of the Week twice and garnered NEC Prime Performer awards 12 times, while Pelletier was the Rookie of the Week on Dec. 22 and an NEC Prime Performer three times.

In the process, she became the first Stonehill women's basketball player to score all 1,000 points as a Division I student-athlete. She has made 90.2 percent of her foul shots this season (101-of-112), which ranks sixth in the nation.
