EASTON, Mass. (July 2, 2026) -- Matthew Distler has stepped down as head coach for Stonehill men's and women's swimming & diving, Dean O'Keefe, Associate Vice President/Director of Athletics, announced Thursday.

Distler was the head coach for Skyhawk women's swimming & diving for four years, beginning with his arrival in 2022, as men's swimming & diving will have its inaugural season in 2026-27.

"I'd like to thank Matt for his efforts leading our women's swimming & diving program for the past four seasons, and wish him the very best in the future," O'Keefe said.

A national search for Distler's replacement will begin immediately.
