2026-27 Schedule

EASTON, Mass. (July 30, 2026) – The Stonehill women's basketball team has announced its schedule for the upcoming 2026-27 season. 

Under head coach Trisha Brown, who is entering her 26th season, the Skyhawks will play 14 non-conference games, in addition to a 16-game NEC conference slate. Stonehill will kick off the 2026-27 campaign with three-straight Big East opponents on the road, starting with Providence Nov. 3, followed by Notre Dame Nov. 6 and DePaul Nov. 8.

The Skyhawks will make its home debut at Paula Sullivan Court at Merkert Gymnasium on Nov. 13 against West Georgia, before hosting Boston University Nov. 18 and Illinois State Nov. 22. Following road games at Bryant Nov. 24 and UAlbany Nov. 29, Stonehill will host UMass Lowell Dec. 5 and Framingham State Dec. 11. 

In mid-December, Stonehill will travel to Louisiana for three games, starting with at LSU Dec. 15 before competing at the Tulane Tournament Dec. 19-20. The Skyhawks will then close out 2026 at New Hampshire Dec. 28.

Stonehill's NEC slate commences with a road game at Wagner Jan. 2, followed by three at home versus Mercyhurst Jan. 7, Le Moyne Jan. 9 and LIU Jan. 16. After visiting Central Connecticut State Jan. 21, the Skyhawks host Chicago State Jan. 23 and then head back on the road at New Haven Jan. 28 and FDU Jan. 30.

In February, Stonehill welcomes Wagner Feb. 4 and Central Connecticut State Feb. 6, prior to a three-game road trip at Mercyhurst Feb. 11, Le Moyne Feb. 13 and at LIU Feb. 18. The regular season concludes with a home game against New Haven Feb. 24, a road contest at Chicago State Feb. 27 and a home contest with FDU for the regular-season finale March 4. 

The NEC Tournament commences with quarterfinal round play on March 8, semifinals on March 11 and the NEC Championship on March 14 all being played at the home of the higher seeded teams.

All Stonehill home games will be broadcast live on NEC Front Row - the NEC's digital broadcast platform. Tickets for the 2026-27 season, including season ticket packages, will be available at a later date.

Stonehill has earned spots in the NEC Tournament in all three years of its eligibility, extending the program's streak of postseason appearances in each year it has been eligible to do so dating back through its entire 40 years in the Northeast-10 Conference as well. The Skyhawks posted a 12-18 overall record and a 8-10 NEC mark last season.
