EASTON, Mass. (Aug. 5, 2026) – Lily Daly has joined Stonehill as an assistant coach for field hockey, head coach Jessica Kennedy announced this week. Daly spent the previous two seasons as an assistant coach at Regis from 2024-25.
As a student-athlete, Daly was a member of the field hockey team at Assumption University in Worcester, Mass., helping the team win the Northeast-10 Conference championship in 2021 and advance to the NCAA Division II national semifinals three times (2021, 2022, 2023). In her final season, she led the team with 17 goals and 10 assists for a school-record 44 total points, including five game-winning goals. Daly was selected Third Team All-Conference after the 2023 season.
Before starting at Regis, Daly spent the 2024 spring semester as an educational assistant at Ahern Middle School in Foxborough, Mass., assisting the lead teacher in managing classroom activities and maintaining an organized, safe, and inclusive learning environment. In addition, she prepared and distributed classroom materials, including handouts, assignments, and assessments.
Daly completed her bachelor's degree in human services and rehabilitation at Assumption in May 2023.
