Box Score HANOVER, N.H. – The Stonehill men's soccer team suffered its first loss of the season, falling at the hands of Dartmouth College in an early evening Labor Day contest.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Big Green struck first scoring three minutes into the contest, but the Skyhawks showcased their tenacity and kept the deficit to one throughout the first 45 minutes.

Ethan Sullivan nearly scored the equalizer, firing a bullet just to the right of the goal.

Nate Monteiro ripped a shot on net that was knocked away by the Dartmouth keeper. Freshman
Bryan Mayhew nearly connected with sophomore
Jordan Sohal inside the six-yard box but the Big Green's TJ Jeffrey's came up with the save.
At the other end of the pitch, sophomore goalkeeper
Felix van der Hagen showed his patience and thwarted a one-on-one attempt to keep it a one goal game. Dartmouth scored an insurance goal in the 82
nd minute to take the 2-0 lead.
