Justin "Gordo" Gordon brings over two decades of baseball experience as a professional player and seasoned pitching coach at the collegiate and high school levels. A former pitcher in the Milwaukee Brewers organization (1999–2004), Justin transitioned into coaching and has since built a reputation for developing elite-level pitchers and fostering team success.

He has held pitching coach roles at NCAA Division I programs including Temple University, Northeastern University, and Western Illinois University, where he also contributed to recruiting, compliance, practice design, and player conditioning. His college coaching career includes stops in the Atlantic 10, Colonial Athletic, and Mid-Continent Conferences, with responsibilities ranging from recruiting coordination to strength training and NCAA compliance.

Most recently, Justin serves as a pitching instructor at RBI Baseball Academy and the GBG Hawks 17U Northeast team in Foxboro, MA. His experience in designing pitcher-specific training programs, leading clinics, and mentoring young athletes makes him a trusted leader in player development.

Coach Gordo brings his professional-level insight, energy, and dedication to the game at every level he coaches. He resides in North Attleboro, MA, with his wife, Colleen, daughter Kathryn, and their dog Nellie.
