2013-14: Appearedin 25 of Stonehill's 26 contests during his senior season, servingas an assistant captain. Tallied seven points on three goals andfour assists. Opened the season with a pair of assists inStonehill's 7-3 victory at Southern New Hampshire (11/2). Scoredhis first goal of the season, a power play tally, in a 6-2 win atSUNY Canton (11/19). Found the back of the net for the second timein Stonehill's 4-3 comeback win against Westfield State (12/11).Scored his final goal of the season in Stonehill's regular seasonfinale, a 6-2 win over Assumption (2/20).

2012-13: Played in21 games for Stonehill during his junior year. Earned 17 points onthe year, tallying five goals and 12 assists for the Skyhawks.Started the year on a three-game scoring streak, during that spanhe earned six points on three goals and three assists. Opened theseason with a two assists game against Johnson & Wales, an 8-3Stonehill win. Scored two goals and was credited with an assist inthe Skyhawks’ 4-2 victory over SUNY Canton (11/3/12). Earnedan assist on Dana Borges’ power-play goal at 5:23 of thethird period during a loss to Westfield Stat (11/10/12). Scored hisfourth goal of the year against Southern New Hampshire, a 4-1Skyhawk win (11/14/12). Credited with an assist on J.JSabin’s game-winner against Assumption (11/17/12). Posted assists in back-to-back wins against Franklin Pierce(1/19/13) and Assumption (1/23/13). Collected a pair of assists inthe Skyhawks’ 6-0 thrashing of Assumption (2/16/13). Scored agame-tying third period goal in the NE-10 Tournament Semifinal lossto Saint Anselm (2/23/13).

2011-12: NE-10All-Championship Team. NE-10Commissioner's Honor Roll (spring semester). Playedin 25 games for Stonehill ranking second on the team in scoring andtied for 10th overall in the NE-10. Compiled 10 goals and 12assists for 22 points. Finished eighth overall in the conference ingoals and tied for 12th overall in assists. Tallied a nine-gamepoint streak from 11/10/11 to 12/10/11 notching 12 points duringthat span (three goals, nine assists). Also had a seven-game pointstreak from 1/28/12 to 2/18/12 compiling eight points during thatstretch (five goals, three assists). Had two goals against SaintMichael's (2/14/12) in a 7-3 victory. He also finished that contestwith a +4 plus/minus rating. Scored the game-winning goal againstFranklin Pierce (12/03/11) at the 3:55 mark of the third period.Assisted on three game-winning goals on the season against Nichols(11/12/11), Western New England (12/08/11) and Southern NewHampshire (1/28/12). Stonehill went 9-7-2 overall when he scored apoint and 6-4-0 overall when he tallied an assist. 2010-11: Finishedthird on the team in points with 16 on seven goals and nineassists. Scored two game-winning goals leading the team in thatcategory. Netted his first-career goal against Franklin PierceUniversity on November 20 in a 4-1 win. His first-career goal wasalso his first power play marker and game-winner of his career.Named the second star for his efforts on 11/20 vs. Franklin Pierce.Dished out a pair of assists in a 4-3 loss to Worcester State(11/30). Earned the third star in a 6-2 win over Assumption on 1/22with one goal and one assist. Notched one goal and one assist in a4-1 victory over Framingham State (2/3). Potted one goal and handedout one assist in a 5-4 loss to Salve Regina (2/8). His lone goalin a 6-5 win over Southern New Hampshire at 19:07 of the secondperiod helped Stonehill's come-from-behind efforts over the Penmen.NE-10 Rookie of the Week (1/24). Juniors: Playedjunior hockey with the South Shore Kings of the EJHL, where he wasa member of the 2009-10 national championship runner-up team.

HighSchool: 2009 graduate of Catholic Memorial HighSchool. Letterwinner and team captain in hockey. Winner of the MikeBavis Award. Also lettered in track (javelin) and served as a classrepresentative.

Personal: Born April 14, 1990, Boston, Mass.Son of Paul and Denise Carey of Weymouth, Mass. Has four siblings,Jim (33), Joe (31), Paul (23), who plays hockey at Boston College,and Bridget (15).
