Biography

2014-15: NE-10 All-Conference first team selection.

2013-14: Appeared in each of Stonehill's 26 games during his junior season. Recorded ten points on one goal and nine assists. Assisted on Dan Graham's second period goal in Stonehill's 3-0 shutout win over Assumption (11/13). Added two more assists in Stonehill's next game, a 6-2 victory at SUNY Canton (11/19). Registered an assist on Travis Army's second period goal in a 10-3 win at Franklin Pierce (11/30). Scored his lone goal of the season in the third period of a 6-4 loss at Framingham State (12/3). Assisted on Kevin Aufiero's second period goal in a 4-3 comeback win against Westfield State (12/11). Recorded assists in consecutive wins at Saint Michael's (1/20) and at Assumption (1/22). Provided an assist on Kevin Aufiero's power play score in the second period of a 3-2 win at Franklin Pierce (2/1). Collected his final assist of the season in Stonehill's 6-2 win against Assumption (2/20). 

2012-13: NE-10 All-Conference Second Team selection. Appeared in every game for the Skyhawks during his sophomore year. Led all NE-10 defensemen in scoring with five goals and 13 assists for 18 total points. Registered his first assist of the season against Johnson & Wales, an 8-3 win (10/31/12). Earned an assist on J.J Sabin’s power-play tally in a 6-5 loss to Westfield State (11/10/12). Collected two assists including a helper on Dana Borges’ game-winner in a 4-1 NE-10 win over Southern New Hampshire (11/14/12). Notched back-to-back two assist games in victories over Framingham State (12/4/12) and Suffolk(12/5/12). Scored his first goal of the season, a power-play marker, during Stonehill’s 4-3 overtime loss to Johnson & Wales (12/12/12). Scored the game-winning goal and dished out an assist during a Northeast-10 Conference win over Franklin Pierce (1/19/13). During the Skyhawks win over UMass Dartmouth (1/29/13), Greene collected his 12th assist of the year. Scored Stonehill’s first two goals of the game in a 6-0 win over Assumption (2/16/13). Notched an assist in The Skyhawks’ NE-10 Tournament Semifinal loss to Saint Anselm (2/23/13). Greene Named to NE-10 All-Conference Second Team.

2011-12: Played in 24 out of 25 games on the season for Stonehill scoring one goal and four assists for five points. Netted his first-ever collegiate marker in a 6-3 win over Franklin Pierce (12/03/11) at the 7:27 mark of the second period. Had assists against Assumption College (1/25/12), Salve Regina (2/8/12), Saint Michael's College (2/14/12) and Saint Anselm College (2/21/12). His assist versus Saint Anselm tied the game and forced and eventual 1-1 tie in overtime at 7:17 of the first period. Stonehill went 2-2-1 overall in games he scored a point in.

Juniors: Played for the Boston Advantage of the NEHL.

High School: 2011 graduate of Catholic Memorial High School. Played for the Boston Rangers earning league All-Star honors during the 2009-10 season.

Personal: Born on August 10, 1992 in Boston, Mass. Son of Gigi and Joe Greene of Weymouth, Mass. Has two brothers, Joe (23) and Pat (20). Lists favorite team as Boston Bruins and favorite athlete as Charlie Coyle. Lists greatest sports moment as winning back-to-back Town Cup Championships (2009 & 2010). Brother Joe plays hockey at Suffolk while Pat was a captain on the Stonehill ice hockey team. Business major.
