2013-14: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director’s Honor Roll both semesters. Skated in each of Stonehill's 26 games during his junior season. Tallied a career-best 23 points (3rd on team) on eight goals and 15 assists. Opened the season on a five-game point streak. Registered three assists in Stonehill's 7-3, season-opening win at Southern New Hampshire (11/2). Recorded an assist in each of Stonehill's next three contests. Netted his first goal of the season in the second period of Stonehill's 6-2 victory at SUNY Canton (11/19). Scored in the second period and then assisted on Bryan Rooney's game-winning goal with under three minutes remaining in the third period of Stonehill's 4-3 comeback win against Westfield State (12/11). Found the back of the net twice in Stonehill's 3-0 shutout of Assumption (1/22). Recorded his second three-point performance of the season, with two goals and one assist, in Stonehill's 3-2 win at Franklin Pierce (2/1). Scored for the second consecutive game, a 4-2 win at home against Franklin Pierce (2/6). Picked up his final two points of the season with a goal and an assist in Stonehill's regular season finale, a 6-2 triumph over Assumption (2/20).

2012-13: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (fall semester). Skated in all 26 games during his sophomore season with Stonehill. Netted 10 goals and assisted on nine more for 19 points. Earned his first goal, the game-winner, in a 4-2 victory over SUNY Canton (11/3/12). Scored a power-play goal and assisted another in a 6-5 loss to Westfield State (11/10/12). In Stonehill’s 9-3 win over Assumption, he potted his third goal of the season just 37 second into the first period. Posted a three point night (two goals, one assist) during a 6-4 home win over Framingham State (12/4/12). Netted his second game-winner of the season when he scored the overtime winner over Northeast-10 foe Saint Michael’s (12/8/12). Posted four goals and six assists during a five-game scoring streak from 1/16/13 – 1/29/13. Collected assists in back to back games against Becker (1/16/13) and Fraklin Pierce (1/19/13). Earned three points on a goal and two assists in Stonehill’s 6-2 victory against Assumption (1/23/13). Assisted Bryan Rooney’s two goals during a 5-3 loss at the hands of Southern New Hampshire (1/26/13). Posted his first career hat-trick in a 7-2 thrashing of non-conference opponent UMass Dartmouth (1/29/13).

2011-12: NE-10 All- Rookie Team. NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (fall semester). Played in 25 games for Stonehill on the season. Tied for 17th overall in the NE-10 in scoring with 17 points on eight goals and nine assists. Finished fourth overall in the conference in freshman scoring. Tied for second in the NE-10 in shorthanded goals with two. Tallied his first-career point with an assist against Becker College on 11/04/11. Registered his first-ever collegiate goal in a 2-0 victory over Nichols College (11/12/11) at 18:17 of the third period, shorthanded. Potted two goals in Stonehill's next contest against Southern New Hampshire (11/16/11), a 4-3 win. Also scored against Wentworth (11/22/11), Framingham State (12/06/11), Suffolk (12/10/11) and Assumption (1/25/12 and 2/25/12). Compiled a three-game point streak from 11/22/11 to 12/06/11 scoring two goals and three assists for five points. Stonehill went 4-2-1 overall when he scored a goal and 6-4-2 overall when notching a point in a game. Aufiero Named To NE-10 All-Rookie Team.

Juniors: Played for the Walpole Express of the AJHL (Junior A Tier III) winning the President's Cup and finishing third at Nationals in Minnesota.

High School: 2010 graduate of Xaverian Brothers Academy. Three-sport athlete in baseball, golf and ice hockey. Played ice hockey for three years. Captain junior season earning Catholic Conference honorable mention accolades. Selected to the Catholic Conference All-Star team in senior year. Played varsity baseball for two years and golf for two years.

Personal: Born on December 13, 1991 in Wellesley, Mass. Son of Sharon and Jim Aufiero of Canton, Mass. Has one sister, Kelsie (20). Lists favorite team as Boston Bruins and favorite athlete as Jason Zucker. Majoring in business finance.
