2016: NE-10 Commisioner's Honor Roll spring semester

2014-15: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll spring semester. Skated in four games for Stonehill during his Sophomore campaign. Made his debut at Assumption (11/14) in a 3-2 Stonehill victory. Recorded a shot against Becker (1/14) in a 4-2 win.

High School: 2011 graduate of Archbishop Williams High School in Braintree, Mass. Attended Sandwich High School as a freshman in 2007-08, winning an MIAA Division II State Championship. Won the MIAA DI South Sectional Championship as a junior at Archbishop Williams. As a senior, was named Patriot Ledger All-Scholastic. Also completed a postgraduate year at the Winchendon School in 2012-13.

Personal: Born July 9, 1993 in Worcester, Mass. Son of Lynn and David Thiesing of Sandwich, Mass. Has one brother, Daniel (19), and one sister, Jennifer (24). Lists his favorite team as the Boston Bruins. Majoring in English.
