Biography

2016: NE-10 Commisioner's Honor Roll spring semester

2014-15:NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll fall semester. Athletic Director's Honor Roll fall semester. Skated in 21 games for Stonehill during his junior campaign, recording five goals and six assists for 11 points on the season. Registered his first points of the season against Southern New Hampshire (11/18), handing out two assists in a 6-3 Stonehill victory. Scored his first goal against Saint Michael's (12/2) in a 3-3 tie. Posted assists in consecutive games at SUNY Canton (1/17, 1/18). Recorded a three point game against Framingham State (1/31), scoring two goals and adding an assist in a 6-2 win. Netted the game winning goal at Franklin Pierce (2/12) in a 2-1 victory. Tallied his final point of the season, an assist, in an 8-2 win over Franklin Pierce.

2013-14: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (fall semester). Appeared in 25 of Stonehill's 26 contests during his sophomore season. Recorded eight points on three goals and five assists. Tallied his first two points of the season (one goal, one assist) in Stonehill's 10-3 victory at Franklin Pierce (11/30). Assisted on Scott Rolph's third period score in a 6-2 loss at Johnson & Wales (12/7). Scored his second goal of the season in a 7-2 loss at Brockport (1/10). Registered an assist on Dan Graham's empty net goal in Stonehill's 3-0 shutout of UMass Dartmouth (1/28). Netted his third goal of the season in the second period of Stonehill's 2-1 triumph at Southern New Hampshire (2/8).

2012-13: Made 14 appearances for the Skyhawks in his rookie season. Registered two points on one goal and one assist. Scored his first collegiate goal in Stonehill’s 6-1 victory over Suffolk University on December 12. Collected his second career point and his first assist in the Skyhawks’ 7-2 thrashing of UMass Dartmouth (1/29/13).

Prep School: Attended the Williston Northampton school for his post-grad year.

High School: Two-sport athlete at Xaverian Brothers competing in football and ice hockey. Won the Division I state football championship as a junior. Earned Catholic Conference All-Star honors in football and hockey as a senior. Named the Xaverian Brothers Athlete of the Year as a senior. Served as a captain of the ice hockey team during his senior season.

Personal: Born June 3, 1993, in Newton, Mass. Son of Julie and Dan Jenkins. Has two sisters, Victoria (22) and Grace (17) and one brother, James (15). Lists favorite athlete as Patrice Bergeron and favorite team as the Boston Bruins. Lists hobbies as playing flag football, softball and the piano. Chose Stonehill for its academics and the hockey program. Majoring in business finance.
