High School: 2016 graduate of Mount Desert Island High School. Four year letterwinner for coach Brent Barker. Team posted a 68-4 record over her four years, winning an Eastern Maine Championship her sophomore year when it was Maine State Class B Runners-Up. Was Miss Maine semifinalist as a senior when she was a second team All-State honoree and McDonald's All-Star. Was a three-time All-Big East Conference honoree with first team honors as a junior and senior after collecting second team accolades as a sophomore. Earned Big East All-Tournament team honors as a sophomore and was a six-time Big East Player of the Week over her career. Also lettered in soccer and cross country over her high school career. Played AAU basketball with Maine Firecrackers.
Personal: Born September 23, 1998, in Bangor, Maine. Daughter of Norman and Amy Shaw, of Bar Harbor, Maine. Has a brother, Nick (23), and sister, Hannah (23). Sister played basketball collegiately at Endicott College. Majoring in health science, with a minor in Spanish. Chose Stonehill for its balance between academics and athletics, its beautiful campus and location. Enjoys the outdoors and cooking. Supports the Boston Celtics. Lists Elena Delle Donne as a favorite athlete.
