Appeared in 13 singles matches for Stonehill, going 12-1. Finisheda perfect 7-0 in conference play. Won the game-clinching match inthe Skyhawks' 5-4 win over Queens in the East Regional Final.

2008 graduate of Wethersfield High School. Four-yearletterwinner in tennis, serving as team captain her senior year.Four-time All-CCC West and All-Herald selection. HarfordCourant All-State and All-Academic selection. Also aletterwinner in soccer.

Born May 7, 1990, Wethersfield, Conn. Daughter of David and DebraSimmons of Wethersfield, Conn. Has a brother, D.J. (22).Greatest sports moment was beating Queens College to go tothe Sweet 16 Finals inOrlando, Florida. Supports the University of ConnecticutHuskies basketball team. Favorite athlete is AndyRoddick.
