A third Connecticut goal came when Jack Loura took flight, heading in a cross from Hanni on a set piece in the 30th minute.

Michael Suski scored off a corner kick in the 54th minute to put the Huskies up 4-0 and a right-footed shot from Marco Valenti in the 57th minute found its way to the bottom right corner of the net to give Connecticut a 5-0 advantage.
