How it Happened
Kampe scored his first career goal in the fifth minute to give Stonehill a 1-0 lead as Burke sent a perfect cross into the goalie box to set up Kampe for the header.
Brown responded seven minutes later, tying the match in the 12th minute as
James Snaith corralled the ball from about 20 yards out, launching a left-footed shot on goal that narrowly found its way to the back-right corner of the net.
Stonehill regained the lead in the 24th minute as a set piece was shot by Lima-Bittencourt after a Brown foul, deflecting off a Bear defender and ricocheting into the goal as the Brown keeper was frozen in goal.
The Bears tied it again in the 30th minute after a strong offensive rush from
Dylan Ellis followed by a centering pass led to a goal off the left foot of
Lorenzo Amaral.
Brown took its first lead of the game in the 33rd minute after a save from Claffey was popped up in the air and tapped in by Dylan Ellis as the ball trickled into the back right corner of the net.
The next goal wouldn't come until the second half as Burke teed up a free kick from just outside the box, rocketing a right-footed kick past the outstretched arms of the diving Brown goalkeeper to make the score 3-3 in the 54th minute.
Just four minutes later, Brown regained its lead as a pass from
Mads Stistrup Petersen found
Carlo Brown directly in front of the net, whose one-timer went bar down as the ball careened into the goal.
Brown scored a fifth goal for insurance in the 73rd minute to build a two-goal lead as a corner kick ricocheted around the goalie box, eventually ending up on the foot of
Harri Sprofera who snuck the ball past Claffey.
