EASTON, Mass. (Nov. 4, 2025) – Freshman goalkeeper
Isabelle Morton of the Stonehill field hockey team was honored as the NEC Defensive Player of the Week and Rookie of the Week, the conference office announced Tuesday afternoon. In addition, Morton was tabbed an NEC Prime Performer.
In Stonehill's 3-0 victory at Merrimack in its season finale on Oct. 31, Morton turned away four shots to earn her second shutout of the season. In addition, her four saves gave her 105 stops for the year, good for eighth most for a single season in program history. Morton was previously honored as an NEC Prime Performer on Oct. 14.
