With the result, the Skyhawks move to 3-5 overall and 0-3 in conference play, while the Bearcats improve to 3-4 overall and 1-0 in the NEC.
Binghamton claimed the early advantage by sweeping doubles play to secure the opening point. The duo of Gianna Sakkas and Andre Ajed posted a 6-2 victory over sophomores
Guillermo Bennaton and
Javier Gutierrez at No. 3 doubles. Ronin Lotlikar and Harry Liao then clinched the doubles point with a 6-4 decision against junior

The Bearcats carried that momentum into singles action, capturing four of the six matches. Lotlikar completed his double-win day with a 6-0, 6-1 triumph over Bennaton at No. 1 singles, while Sakkas followed with a 6-4, 6-3 win against sophomore
Nicolas Arredondo at No. 6.
Borch-Nielsen put Stonehill on the board at No. 4 singles, earning a 7-5, 6-2 victory over Ajed for his seventh win of the season. After Liao and Costa secured points at No. 2 and No. 3 singles, respectively, freshman
