Softball Tripped Up by FAU on Final Day of the FAU Paradise Classic

Box Score BOCA RATON, Fla. (Feb. 7, 2026) – The Stonehill softball concluded the FAU Paradise Classic falling to host school Florida Atlantic on Sunday afternoon.

STONEHILL HIGHLIGHTS
  • Freshman Mylee Ramer tossed three innings of solid relief registering two strikeouts, while registering a 5-2 ground out-to-fly out ratio.
HOW IT HAPPENED
The Owls bats wasted little time, sending eight batters to the plate in the home half of the first to put up crooked number four. Skyhawk freshman right-hander Mylee Ramer came on in relief of Harper Sullivan and made quick work of the Owls.

However, FAU tacked on an additional run in the bottom of the third on a two-out homerun by McKenna Mulholland to extend their lead to five. It was more than enough for Madison Inscoe who went was able to keep the Skyhawks off balance at the plate to earn her first win.

UP NEXT
Stonehill returns to the diamond on February 27-March 1 with the Austin Peay Governors Classic. They will face Ohio University on February 27 at 10 a.m.
