Mirasolo Unveils Women’s Hockey 2026-27 Schedule

EASTON, Mass. (June 11, 2026) – The Stonehill College women's hockey team, under the direction of head coach Lee-J Mirasolo, has announced its 34-game schedule for the 2026-27 season.

The Skyhawks' fifth season of competition will feature 17 home games. Stonehill's schedule includes six non-conference matchups and 28 NEWHA contests, with 14 conference games slated for home ice at Bridgewater Ice Arena.

Stonehill begins the year with a preseason exhibition against Merrimack on September 19 at Lawler Arena in North Andover, Massachusetts, before officially opening the regular season with a two-game weekend at Syracuse (Sept. 25-26). The Skyhawks then return home for a single-game clash against Boston College (Oct. 2), before opening NEWHA play at Saint Michael's (Oct. 9-10).

Following a pair of home conference games against Post (Oct. 16-17), Stonehill returns to non-conference action with a road trip to New Hampshire on Oct. 23. The matchup will mark the first meeting in program history between the two schools.

The Skyhawks conclude the first half of the season with nine of their final 12 games before the winter break taking place on home ice. Home-and-home series against Saint Anselm (Oct. 30-31), Assumption (Nov. 20-21), and Franklin Pierce (Dec. 4-5) are complemented by home weekends against Sacred Heart (Nov. 6-7), LIU (Nov. 13-14), and Delaware (Nov. 27-28). The series against Delaware will serve as Stonehill's final non-conference games of the regular season.

After the holiday break, Stonehill resumes action with a two-game road series at Post (Jan. 8-9) before returning home to host Saint Michael's (Jan. 15-16). A home-and-home set with Saint Anselm (Jan. 22-23) precedes consecutive road weekends at Sacred Heart (Jan. 29-30) and LIU (Feb. 5-6).

The Skyhawks close the regular season with split home-and-home series against Assumption (Feb. 12-13) and Franklin Pierce (Feb. 19-20) before turning their attention to the NEWHA Tournament. The conference quarterfinal round is scheduled for Feb. 26-28 and will be contested in a best-of-three format.
