PLAINVILLE, Mass. (October 25, 2025) – The Stonehill College equestrian team hosted its annual home show Saturday at Walnut Hill Farm in Plainville, Massachusetts, earning Reserve High Point Team honors.
First-year
Cora Cotman led the way for the Skyhawks, collecting a pair of top two finishes in the open division. Cotman captured first place on the flat and added a runner-up finish over fences.
In the intermediate division, junior
Lauren Eager and sophomore
Elizabeth Carreiro each earned podium finishes over fences, with Eager taking first and Carreiro placing second. Eager also added a third-place result in intermediate flats, while junior
Hunter Fogell made her debut with a sixth-place finish in the same event.
Senior
Rosalie Martin placed inside the top six in both the limit flat and over fences classes, while sophomore
Shay Callanan finished fourth in limit fences.
Sophomores
Shannon Murray and
Carissa Muller also contributed strong results, as Murray earned a runner-up finish in limit fences and Muller took third in limit flats.
Rounding out the Skyhawks' riders were first-year
Alyssa Douglas, who placed third in the novice division, and junior
Maddie Miller, who finished third in the introductory division.
